
Course Overview:
The Slaughterhouse Worker Course is designed for those who want to build skills in meat processing, animal slaughtering, hygiene, and modern slaughterhouse management. Through this course, students will gain practical knowledge and hands-on training to work safely and hygienically according to international standards.

Proper methods and steps of animal slaughtering
Hygiene and safety practices in the slaughterhouse
Meat cutting and processing techniques
Meat preservation and packaging methods
Rules, regulations, and legal aspects of slaughterhouse work
International standards (Halal & Food Safety)
Minimum SSC / Equivalent pass
Must be physically fit and mentally prepared to work
Commitment to maintain hygiene and safety rules
Total Duration: 6 Months
Classes: 3 days per week
Class Timing: Morning / Evening (shift-based)
Fill out the admission form and submit all required documents.
Pay the course fees on time.
Maintain at least 80% class attendance.
Follow hygiene and safety rules during lab practice / practical training.
Sit for the final exam; certificate will be awarded upon successful completion.
After completing this course, students will have the opportunity to work as Slaughterhouse Workers in both local and international slaughterhouses, meat processing companies, and the food industry.
